Telly ("we," "us") operates usetelly.com, a voice-first survey platform. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Survey responses. When you answer a survey, we collect your responses, whether you answer by voice or by typing.
• Voice audio. If you answer by voice, your audio is sent to our third-party transcription providers to convert it into text. Telly does not retain your voice recordings. We store the resulting text of your response, not the audio itself.
• Account data (survey creators only). If you create surveys, we collect your name, email address, and password.
• Technical data. We collect basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To run interviews and generate summaries, transcripts, and key-theme abstracts for survey creators.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• To process payments for paid plans.

Third parties

We use third-party providers to deliver the service, including transcription providers (to convert voice to text), AI providers (to generate questions and summaries), and a payment provider (to process paid plans). These providers process data only to perform their function.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the service. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us at support@usetelly.com.
