By using Telly (usetelly.com), you agree to these terms.

The service

Telly is a voice-first survey platform. Survey creators define a topic and objective, and our AI interviewer asks questions and follows up based on responses. Respondents answer without signing up.

Accounts

To create surveys you need an account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Telly to collect unlawful content, harass respondents, or violate others' rights. You're responsible for the surveys you create and for complying with laws that apply to how you collect and use responses.

Plans and payment

Telly offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is billed monthly ($10) or annually ($99) through our payment provider and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time under Account → Manage billing to stop future billing. If you buy an annual plan, you may email support@usetelly.com within 7 days of that first annual purchase for a full refund. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Content

You retain ownership of the surveys and responses you collect. You grant us permission to process this content to provide the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
